Sound River Arts was created By Randhir Teja Singh (Christopher Pedrone) to bring awareness to the healing powers of Vibrational Experiences. Sound Journeys are the centerpiece of all we do at Sound River. The vibrations of sacred instruments stimulate every cell in the body. The water in your body responds as a river of energy flowing in sound. Mind is quieted by the immersion in sound.
ripples in water signify how the sound journey creates a work of Art inside of us. we are all rivers of vibration. sound is the director of relaxation.
i am certified by the kundalini research institute as a level 1 instructor and as such present kundalini yoga as taught by yogi bhajan.
i am also certified in ‘teaching from the heart’ yoga (yoga alliance accreditation) by sandy hicks at grounded by yoga in bloomfield, ny. patanjali 8 limb/ interdisciplinary approach with emphasis on trauma informed yoga instruction.
class will consist of pranayama, warm up kriya, additional kriya, savasana followed by meditation.
kundalini yoga includes all 8 limbs of yoga in each ‘kriya’ (sequence/ completed act). once the body has moved, breathed, stretched and most importantly, relaxed, we explore a vast library of creative meditation gems.
all yogis are welcome from all experience levels.
yoga values genuine experience above all else. insight is obtained by direct experience. anything else is hearsay.
we’re on this path.
